KUCHENNE TORNADO 2005/2010
Obiekt to transparentna kuchenka gazowa. Wewnątrz piekarnika jest spirala tornado z wysuszonej świńskiej skóry. Praca obrazuje stan niezgody na stereotypowe traktowanie kobiet ale jest również próbą podjęcia tematu egzystowania w przestrzeni wspólnej. Do kuchenki przymocowałam „dziennik skarg i zażaleń”- artefakt, który obecny był w przestrzeniach usług, sklepów, restauracji w socjalistycznej Polsce lat 80-tych.
Praca stworzona pierwszy raz w odpowiedzi na temat: Toleruj mnie!, Europejskiego Biennale Sztuki „Supermarket Sztuki” w 2005 roku w Warszawie w Domu Artysty Plastyka.

KITCHEN TORNADO 2005/2010
The object is a transparent gas cooker. Inside the oven is a tornado-shaped spiral made of dried pigskin. The work illustrates the state of disagreement with the stereotypical treatment of women, but it is also an attempt to address the topic of existing in a shared space. I attached a “complaints book” to the cooker – an artifact commonly found in service areas, shops and restaurants in socialist Poland in the 1980s.
The work was first created in response to the theme: Toleruj mnie! (Tolerate me!), European Art Biennale “Supermarket Sztuki” in 2005 in Warsaw at the Dom Artysty Plastyka.
