MANDALA FISKALNA 2018
Z paragonów zebranych podczas przedświątecznej gorączki zakupowej złożyłam moduły origami, układając je w kształt Mandali Współczucia (Mandala Czenrezig Avalokiteshvara). Moja reakcja na bezsensowny i monotonny proces twórczy składania bezużytecznych paragonów przyszła spontanicznie w Wigilię, dlatego proces niszczenia mandali został amatorsko nagrany telefonem. Była to moja odpowiedź na zagubienie się w dzisiejszej konsumpcji.
Zrekonstruowaną mandalę prezentuję w gablocie wraz z nieco ponad minutowym filmikiem. Samo złożenie paragonów było dla mnie wyzwalające. Co ciekawe, po umieszczeniu pracy w gablocie, paragony zaczęły blaknąć. Mandala zainicjowała proces samooczyszczania.

Premierowa realizacja w obrębie ART for ADVENT Project MURZE MAGAZINE (GB). Realizacja polegała na dokumentowaniu każdego dnia pracy podczas adwentu. Składa się z 26 zdjęć oraz z filmu z dnia Wigilii – 24 grudnia 2018 r. Mandala była opublikowana w Muze Magazine, na wystawie indywidualnej Paper Rebus, brała udział w międzynarodowej wystawie Concept 2019 w Czong Institute for Contemporary Art. Gimpo (South Korea) na Lucca Biennale we Włoszech oraz w Warszawie Olsztynie, Cieszynie, Toruniu.

FISCAL MANDALA 2018
From the receipts collected during the pre-Christmas shopping rush, I folded origami modules, arranging them in the shape of a Mandala of Compassion (Mandala Chenrezig Avalokiteshvara – Buddha of Compassion). My reaction to the pointless and monotonous creative process of folding useless receipts came spontaneously on Christmas Eve, so the process of destroying the mandala was amateurishly recorded with my phone. It was my response to getting lost in today’s consumption.
I present the reconstructed mandala in the display case along with just over a minute of video. Just putting the receipts together was liberating for me. Interestingly, after placing the work in the display case, the receipts began to fade. The mandala initiated a self-cleaning process.

A premiere production within the ART for ADVENT Project MURZE MAGAZINE (GB). It consisted of documenting each day’s work during Advent. It consists of 26 photos and a video from the day of Christmas Eve – December 24, 2018. The realization was published in Muze Magazine, PaperRebus solo exhibition, participated in the international exhibition Concept 2019 at Czong Institute for Contemporary Art. Gimpo (South Korea) at the Lucca Biennale in Italy and in Warsaw Olsztyn, Cieszyn, Toruń in Poland.
