THE PROMISE OF EDEN 2023
Migrants from all over the world travel across the globe to reach what they consider to be their Eden. Their dreams of a better future fit into their carry-on luggage. The seated silhouette is just the outer shell of a human being, made up of newspapers advertising products. Under the pile of clothes, a baseball cap, and a hoodie, there is no face. There is only empty space, symbolizing the thoughts of refugees wandering somewhere else. Maybe they are already in the promised Eden.
